**Job description**:
Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a **Site Reliability Engineer**. **Start your new adventure in an **international** and **agile** Environment in Barcelona (Remote Friendly).

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Lead investigation or Problems affecting eCommerce Infrastructure and/or any other Systems/Domain.
- Determine Root Causes and the Corrective Actions needed to avoid incidents recurrence.
- Manage relationships with Clients' Markets, HQ Business Functions and Global IT Stakeholders to foster Problems Resolution.
- Minimize Major Incident impact on Business by performing Crisis Management with the objective to reduce the Incidents to the lowest possible duration, in collaboration with all IT stakeholders working at Incidents resolution.
- Participate and contribute to Digital Transformation and be ready to work with Agile Methodology.

**✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️**
- **+5 years’ experience supporting the eCommerce Infrastructure (Desktop and Mobile)** of a B2C fast-pacing Business.
- Master/Bachelor degree as System Engineer or in any other IT discipline.
- Experience in eCommerce Infrastructure Design, eCommerce Performance and/or Cyber Security is a Strong Plus.
- Experience in dealing with Major Incidents and Critical Situations.
- Knowledge of Service Management and ITIL Principles.
- Used to work in a Multinational Company and in a Matricidal Organization.
- Used to coordinate remote teams and deal with a Multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English - Mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Indy is a plus.
