To support the Digital Security Standards, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

**Cyber Security Risk & Strategy Manager**:
Digital Security Standard's mission is to monitor external cybersecurity threats and trends and ensure that internal standards, guidelines and architectures will be harmonized in all four countries.

This challenge is for Spanish person that will need the ability to obtain Spanish Security Clearance.

Main Tasks:

- Evaluate cyber security trends
- Develop cyber security standards
- Support governance activities
- Manage risk methodology
- Provide guidance to Airbus DS stakeholders

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Maintain a global threat landscape and resulting risks for the organisation, by continuously evaluating new trends of attacks (tools, techniques and practices of attackers) and approaches to identify, detect, protect, respond and remediate threats.
- Support governance activities within Digital and Compliance with respect to Internal and External Audits, Awareness Campaigns and Due Diligence for the divisional perimeter.
- Develop and maintain a set of internal security standards, guidelines and architectures.
- Manage risk methodology as defined by Security Governance, risk identification and deviation register.
- Provide guidance on internal rules, best practices, national regulations and accreditation on Cyber Security to stakeholders within Digital for the divisional perimeter.
- The setup and management of the interfaces and relationship to the relevant stakeholder (IM, business), the definition of risks and creation of risk assessments incl. mitigation actions is an important part of this position.

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Experience with cybersecurity audits and testing, cybersecurity risk management.
- Experience in the field of threat intelligence
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, databases and networks, communication and authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of IAM and PAM (Privileged Account Management) solutions
- Fluent Spanish and Business fluent English
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a challenging international environment
- Ability to work in an environment that requires a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
