**JOB DESCRIPTION**

In your role as a member of the compliance department, you will report to the Corporate Legal Director & Compliance Officer. Your main responsibility is to develop Cementos Molins' compliance system.
This position involves managing compliance and requires someone who can proactively drive and improve Cementos Molins' overall compliance risk management capabilities. The role demands a skillset that enables getting things done efficiently and effectively.
Your primary duties will be to ensure policies are strictly adhered to, efficiently manage projects, and provide substantial support to the Compliance Officer.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Standardize policies in international locations (making sure policies are updated and compliant with local regulations).
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards, with a specific focus on compliance design and control.
- Develop and execute compliance quality planning, assurance, control, record retention, corrective and preventive action processes, and improvement initiatives.
- Support management in effectively managing risks and controls by reviewing and evaluating company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Oversee all business operations related to compliance, including policies, investments, and procedures, and collaborate with department managers to review departmental compliance policies.
- Assist in designing, promoting, and delivering the Compliance Program, including conducting employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
- Manage whistleblowing channels and lead investigations into internal and external claims.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Legal/compliance background.
- At least 4 years of experience in compliance.
- Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group.
- Thorough understanding of project management; able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals.
- A consummate team player with a flexible and creative approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native language as well as in English.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, focus and a result-orientation attitude under pressure and tight deadlines.
