**Contexte**:
Dans ce cadre de développement, nous recherchons des Ingénieurs d’Affaires IT H/F en CDI qui seront basés dans notre agence de Madrid.
Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Commercial Spain, vous participerez au développement de nos offres (Mobilité, Cloud, Big Data, Web, IA, Crypto, BlockChain etc) auprès de clients Grands Comptes, PME et Startups.
**Vos missions**:
Coaché(e) au jour le jour par la Direction Commerciale et des chefs de projets expérimentés, vos principales responsabilités sont:
Participation à la définition de la stratégie commerciale (10%)
Création et développement de A à Z de votre portefeuille clients : Prospection commerciale Grands Comptes, PME et Startups (40%)
Conduite de réunions clients et compréhension du besoin (10 à 35%)
Remise de propositions et participation aux soutenances projets (5 à 25%)
Suivi commercial et technique des projets en cours de réalisation (5 à 10%)
**Profil recherché**:
Diplômé(e) d’Ecole d’Ingénieur ou de Commerce, vous êtes à la recherche d’un poste d’Ingénieur d’Affaires H/F dans le secteur de l’IT, secteur pour lequel vous avez une certaine appétence. Vous avez une personnalité de « chasseur(se) » et aimez relever des défis professionnels ? **Alors ce poste est fait pour VOUS **
Une première expérience en développement commercial est attendue.
**Anglais/Français COURANT indispensable (contexte international). La maîtrise de l’Espagnol n’est pas une exigence.**
Poste basé à Madrid - Espagne.
Rémunération : brut annuel 30-35K€ + variable en fonction des contrats signés et nombres de rdv clients effectués (variable non plafonné) (environ 10-15K€ la 1ère année) + Transports en commun pris en charge à 50% + 6 jours de RTT.
Plusieurs évolutions possibles : BU Manager, poste à l’étranger,
