**Responsabilidades**:
- Asegurar la calidad del producto y del proceso en serie.
- Participación en el mantenimiento del sistema de calidad (documentación de Proceso, etc).
- Realización de auditorías de proceso según VDA 6.3 y LPA.
- Representación de la empresa ante el cliente y Reportes 8D.
- Gestión de las no Conformidades Internas y Externas, liderazgo en la implementación de las acciones correctivas y de mejora.
- Responsable de coordinarse con los departamentos externos (OEM’s, TIER1) e internos de clientes (Dptos. de desarrollo y producción de procesos).
- Participar en la implementación de nuevas herramientas SW: MA- PEX, E-PPAP, AIAG CTS, Etc.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios Ingeniería Industrial mecánica.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en el sector de la automoción o similar como Quality Engineer, gestionando proyectos y validación de productos y procesos.
- Conocimientos de procesos de inyección de plástico y/o montaje.
Dominio de herramientas de calidad (Proceso FMEA, Planes de control 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, DOE, MSA).
Conocimiento en la realización del seguimiento de los hitos de los proyectos, APQP, PPAP.
Comprensión de planos, especificaciones de clientes, informes dimensionales y estudios de capacidad.
- Idiomas imprescindible nível alto de inglés y alemán.
