Como consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando para nuestro cliente un/a **Legal Counsel/Corporate Lawyer**

**FUNCIONES Y TAREAS**
- Estar al día de la evolución de las diferentes normas generales y específicas que vinculen a nuestro sector, aportando capacidad de análisis y criterio técnico oportunos para las labores encomendadas.
- Participar en el asesoramiento interno al conjunto de empresas del grupo en materia jurídica (ámbitos del derecho: mercantil, societario, civil, administrativo, laboral, ).
- Gestión de las distintas cuestiones legales que surjan en el día a día de la empresa.

**Requisitos**:
Se requiere:

- Grado en Derecho.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años como Abogado/a de empresa.
- Amplios conocimientos en los ámbitos del derecho que se gestionan en el día a día de la empresa: mercantil, societario, civil, administrativo, laboral,
- **Disponibilidad para vivir en Almería**

Se valora:

- Nível alto de inglés tanto hablado como escrito.
- Formación de postgrado relacionada con derecho de empresa.
