The Role:
The Project Manager will be a key player in our greener path, maximizing efficiency in assets construction and implementation of detailed project plans, being responsible for the quality of work, and for keeping a project on time and budget.
What you’ll do:
- Guarantee the construction and commissioning of a PV Plant, following the schedule and quality without extra costs;
- Negotiation and management of EPC contracts;
- Organize all the project documentation and report to the stakeholders;
- Lead Project teams with people on-site and supervision of third parties project developers
- Work closely with the technical team to optimize the project;
- Ensure the quality of the projects and manage all related activities.
What you’ll need:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, mandatory in renewable projects;
- Skills to negotiate the construction of the PV plant as well as the EPC Contract;
- Knowledge of the main EPC partners in the renewable market;
- Ability to handle different projects simultaneously and delivering under tight deadlines;
- Passionate and ambitious self-starter, taking ownership of projects, with a strong drive for excellence;
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability and confidence to connect well with internal and external stakeholders;
- Fluent English and Spanish, both verbally and written.
