- Product Visionary: Proven experience in developing and communicating a strategic vision for products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile Scrum principles in the context of recruitment governance.
- Roadmap Expertise: Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners to create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, emphasizing key features essential for meeting dynamic recruitment needs.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and guide a team of Product Owners, ensuring their activities align with the product strategy and Agile Scrum practices.
- Client-Centric Approach: Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and ensure the product vision aligns with the expectations of the recruitment market.
- Delivery Focus: Proven track record of guaranteeing timely delivery of product roadmaps, working closely with engineering teams and addressing obstacles to ensure continuous progress.
- Previous Experience in **HR (or related fields) Projects.**:

- English Fluent.

- Training and Development: Foster continuous training and professional development within the team, ensuring skills are adaptable to the changing demands of recruitment.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead cross-functional and complex projects, coordinating between teams and departments to ensure project success and alignment with recruitment governance goals.
- Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, and other departments, promoting an integrated approach to achieve project and recruitment objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address intricate issues in product development, integrating innovative solutions that align with the objectives of recruitment governance.
- Dependency Management: Manage dependencies between different features and products, ensuring coherence functionally and technically.
- Strategic Communication: Communicate strategically with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on cross-functional projects, achievements, and any necessary adjustments to the roadmap.
