Responsable de automatización de procesos industriales, desde los puntos de vista eléctrico, instrumentación, especialista en programcación y control/supervisión.
- Participar en el diseño, desarrollo y supervisión de los proyectos de mejora de la fábrica gestionando y/o implementando los cambios necesarios en los sistemas de control (PLC, HMI, SCADA y DMO-MES) asumiendo respetando y asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares Nestle y responsabilizándose de la correcta transferencia de dichas modificaciones a nível de mantenimiento y operación.
- Dar apoyo al equipo de mantenimiento y estar integrado en equipos de trabajo enfocados a dar valor añadido a los procesos.

- ** Operaciones diarias y Mantenimiento**:
- Participar y/o liderar el análisis de mejoras y el diagnóstico de incidencias asistiendo al equipo de mantenimiento en la comprensión del funcionamiento de los procesos y/o en la obtención de datos y conclusiones.
- Diseñar cambios necesarios en los sistemas de control (PLC, HMI, SCADA y DMO-MES) ante modificaciones físicas o funcionales de las líneas de producción.
- Implementar y/o supervisar la implementación de cambios en los sistemas de control de la fábrica (PLC, HMI, SCADA y DMO-MES).
- Gestión de cambios de las aplicaciones PLC, HMI, SCADA y DMO-MES de la fábrica asegurando que se mantienen actualizadas tanto las copias de seguridad de los sistemas de control como la documentación de dichos sistemas de control y de sus componentes.
- Identificar actualizaciones necesarias en Hardwares de sistemas de control.
- Planificar y aplicar conocimiento de la norma ANSI/ISA-95.
- Asegurar la eficiencia tanto de sus funciones como de los colaboradores y empresas externas con los que interactúa alineado con filosofía NCE tanto mediante la participación en reuniones operacionales y su calibración como en herramientas de resolución de problemas-averías (IVAA, BDA, DMAIC).
- ** Proyectos**:
- Diseñar la arquitectura del sistema de control para conseguir la máxima integración posible asegurando el cumplimiento de reglas FAS y la implementación de los módulos DMO-MES que sean de aplicación.
- Participar en la definición de la URS colaborando tanto en la confección de la misma como en la revisión de la URS proporcionada por la TCU correspondiente en áreas de proceso estandarizadas.
- Definir la FDS, revisar la FDS proporcionada por la TCU correspondiente en áreas de proceso estandarizadas o validar la FDS que proponga el integrador del proyecto.
- Supervisar el correcto desarrollo del proyecto asegurando la consecución del Timing del proyecto, el alineamiento de los sistemas de control con las especificaciones, el respeto de los estándares locales y corporativos y el cumplimiento del Budget.
- Liderar los Test de Aceptación del Proyecto (FAT, SAT) definiendo los criterios necesarios para asegurar previamente al inicio de la puesta en marcha que el sistema de control sea fiable y cumpla con las especificaciones definidas.
- Participar en la Puesta en marcha y Validación del Proyecto.
- Gestión de cambios de las aplicaciones PLC, HMI, SCADA y DMO-MES de la fábrica afectadas por el proyecto asegurando que se mantienen actualizadas tanto las copias de seguridad de los sistemas de control como la documentación de dichos sistemas de control y de sus componentes.
