Project Expeditor

We are looking for a **Project Expeditor and Coordinator **, to join our Iberia Customer Care Team. In this position you will act as the main point of contact with customers, internal sales teams and hubs in the assistance during project execution. In addition, you will own small project execution process for orders with low complexity.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Take ownership for customers’ orders received and handle them into the sales order processing system ensuring all data is checked and accurate.
- Be the single point of contact after sales, keeping customers informed of potential order issues or issues.
- Receive and define log order priorities.
- Expediting process with hubs and factories to improve on time delivery.
- Monitor profitability and pricing uplift during execution and ensure that activities are carried out in line with project requirements and procedures.
- Assist project manager for projects including postproduction phase (shipping, logistic, invoicing).
- Deal with customers disputes and Trade Compliance.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Degree in Business Administration, International Trading or technical Background is valuable.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and business administration.
- Understanding of project management principles and commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
