Are you the person we are looking for?

Working as a Sales Engineer, you will use your knowledge of endpoint anti-malware solutions to pitch BlackBerry’s leading Unified Endpoint Security (UES) technology to CTO’s, CIO’s, CISO’s, IR teams and security experts across the UK & Ireland. Playing an instrumental role in accelerating our sales initiatives in the region, you will be a self-starter who excels in a high-paced and evangelistic environment who thrives working as parting of a wider virtual team.

You Will:
- Have sound working knowledge on all BlackBerry Spark UES (Cylance) and UEM technologies in a presales and post sales capacity.- Engage CXO- and VP-level audiences within mid-market and/or major enterprise accounts, as well as channel partner leadership and technical stakeholders driving the value of BlackBerry’s UES solutions.- Own and respond to bids, including running the Proof of Concept (POC) from inception to close at customer & partner sites.- Help ensure effective cross-functional team (internal & external) engagement from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales.- Refine and research technical requirements of each sales opportunity by working closely with internal teams & the customer in the design and implementation of BlackBerry software and services.- Partner with extended internal teams to build comprehensive account plans, ensuring long term customer influence & achievement of sales goals.- Accurately track account activity through the stages of the sales funnel process.-
- Represent BlackBerry at Industry events as a Product Expert at company road shows & events.- Build, maintain and support BlackBerry Sales Technical labs for use in technology demonstrations and training by IT Channel and Carrier partners.- Handle the Technical Support Escalation process on your customer’s behalf.- Actively engage with the Product and Service enhancement process with Product Management.- Field innovation reporting & governance.- Travel to customers throughout your account base (up to 50% of the time).

You will already be a successful Sales Engineer and you will have the following:
- Previous B2B based solution sales engineer experience, gained within the endpoint protection (cyber security) space.- Good knowledge of hacking, detection and exploitation tools and/or Malware analysis and reverse engineering.- Demonstrable experience of successfully speaking to audiences who have varying degrees of technical understanding.- Experience in technical presales of software platforms or end to end solutions to mid-market or large enterprises within direct and indirect sales models.- Proven ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort.- Strong organization, time management and project planning/execution skills.- Great interpersonal and relationship management skills.- Conf
