**Year 1 on-target earnings €51,250 (Uncapped + Accelerators)**
- **OTE €51,250 OTE** (35K base + 2.5K bonus + 13,750K uncapped commission)
- **Hybrid work** from our beautiful Barcelona hub in Poble Nou (C/ de la Llacyna, 56-70, edificio a 8) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday
- WFH set-up on Mondays and Fridays
- 28 days paid annual leave with the opportunity to earn up to 4 extra days off per year
- Sales run incentives (eg. Trip to Maldives for 2)
- Work with cross-cultural teams in UK, USA, South Africa, South Africa, New Zealand and the Philippines.

Decisions is a Norwegian-based Saas company, a best-in-class meeting management tool solution helping leaders streamline and integrate all Microsoft tools in one platform solution. They focus specifically on meeting collaboration and driving maximum productivity through Microsoft Teams and Office 365.

**Requirements**:

- Speaks **German at native level** & an excellent level of English
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
- We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen
