We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern who is ready to assist in preparing our delicious lunches, who can help with the administration of ordering fresh ingredients, and who can leave a smile on the faces of our team.

- Help prepare the lunches and come up with delicious cold menu options which are in line with the warm menu
- Co-responsible for budgeting and purchasing stock
- You keep track of all receipts and maintain an organized structure
- Together with T&C, you help implement new creative initiatives to increase workspot happiness, such as cultural days and new menus
- You prepare the Friday drinks and snacks, and you make sure to wow the team
- You ensure a clean work environment, and you make sure everything is accessible to the team
- You keep track of the dietary restrictions of the team, and you ensure that there are always options for everyone

**wow factor.**
- You are currently enrolled within a study program, studies program within hospitality, administration, or _ is a pre)
- You speak English on a B2/C1 level (learning or knowing Spanish is a pre)
- You are available for at least a 5-month internship period
- You are available to work 39 hours per week (with time for school projects)
- You thrive working in an international team, and you get energy from interacting with people

- You are familiar with organizational tools such as MS office and ordering bulk products online
