IT - Helpdesk

Para realizar una sustitución temporal (4/5 meses aproximadamente), buscamos una persona con perfil de IT-HelpDesk para gestionar las incidencias de los usuarios (en la oficina o remoto) resolviendo las problemáticas de nível 1 y 2.
Capacidad en la utilización de herramientas de tickets para gestionar incidencias, solicitud de servicio y hacer seguimiento de todos los tickets.
Ser capaz de monitorizar los servicios y los sistemas vitales de la compañía.
Buen utilizo de Excel para hacer recopilación de datos, análisis y reporte de KPI’s.
Conocimiento en el utilizo del Directorio Activo de Microsoft para la gestión de los usuarios y grupos.
Experiência requerida:
- Experiência en gestión de Hardware:
- Experiência en mantenimiento (cambio de piezas, upgrades, etc.) de portátiles Lenovo.
- Experiência en mantenimiento de sistemas de videoconferencia.
- Experiência en configuración y mantenimiento de dispositivos móviles (Android, IOS).
- Experiência en configuración y mantenimiento de impresoras Ricoh.
- Soporte de sistemas operativos:
- Windows 10, 11.- Experiência en instalación (instalaciones desatendidas, creación modificación de imágenes de SOs),
- Configuración y mantenimiento y resolución de problemas.
- Mantenimiento y soporte de redes:
- Switching, mantenimiento y troubleshooting de switches.
- Wireless, mantenimiento de wifis.
- Conocimientos de servicios de red DHCP, DNS.
- Soporte de aplicaciones
- Conocimientos y mantenimiento de Sistema Office 365 y de las aplicaciones de colaboración como Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
