El equipo de Broking & Carrier Management reporta directamente al Chief Broking Officer y es uno de los pilares esenciales de la estrategia de Broking de la compañía en España.
Una de sus principales funciones es el desarrollo y mejora de la relación con los Mercados estratégicos para WTW a nível local, muy alineados y coordinados con la estrategia de Mercados de Western Europe y global del grupo.
Damos apoyo y soporte para alinear, conectar y expandir la estrategia de Broking a todas las Líneas de negocio y zonas geográficas de WTW España. Al mismo tiempo, actuamos de nexo y punto de contacto principal, reportamos y coordinamos toda la actividad e ingresos derivados de los mercados de seguros con distintos equipos centrales y corporativos.
**El puesto**
La persona seleccionada hará de soporte a nível local con todas las líneas de negocio y las distintas oficinas regionales de WTW España, y además participará de la comunidad de Broking y Carrier Management de Western Europe.
**Funciones y Responsabilidades**:
Dar soporte al equipo de Broking & Carrier Management para garantizar que se cumplen los procesos internos de gobernanza establecidos por el grupo WTW, y al mismo tiempo apoyar y participar en el desarrollo de nuevos modelos y procesos internos y externos cuando sea necesario.
- Preparación de agendas y presentaciones power point
- Recopilación de Feedback y seguimiento de Pipelines
- Realización de actas de reuniones y seguimiento de tareas y acciones acordadas
- Actualización de _Meeting Logs_ y _Action Trackers_ de los distintos acuerdos
- Soporte en todas las diversas tareas para la prestación de los servicios incluidos en los distintos tipos de acuerdo
- Gestión local de la encuesta de valoración de mercados aseguradores “WTW _Quality Index_”
- Dará soporte en la elaboración de los informes de mercado
- Dar soporte en la implementación y desarrollo local de la _Broking Platform_ en España
- Último año de la carrera de grado/master o recién finalizado. Buen expediente académico;
- Se valorará alguna experiência profesional previa;
- Conocimiento general sobre el sector asegurador;
- IMPRESCINDIBLE nível alto/C1-C2 de inglés;
- Alto nível de Capacidad analítica (manejo de gran cantidad de datos);
- Autónomo y resolutivo;
- Creatividad y proactividad;
- Buen conocimiento de Excel, PowerPoint y Word (se valorarán conocimientos de Visual Basic y Access);
- Habilidades de comunicación;
- Alta capacidad de relación con diferentes personas y colectivos;
