**Descripción larga**:
**Technology Security Lead**

The role is to work with software developers in the Cloud Platforms Engineering team. This team of developers build the next generation platform to allow our customers to consume next generation enterprise products in a cloud native manner. Key deliverables of the role are:

- Ensure that the continuous delivery of new software projects has security requirements built in as the software is developed and that compliance to Vodafone Security standards and policies is maintained.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Full people management responsibility for a small team of engineering security consultants and DevSecOps engineers to support product development squads in public and private cloud.
- In depth understanding of concepts and procedures within technology security.
- Responsibility for the delivery of end results end
- contributes to planning. finances/budget and policy formulation regarding technical risk management and adoption of security controls.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- People leadership
- Technology security and cyberdefense processes and standards
- Having worked on technology security risk management before.
- Working in agile teams
- Be enthusiastic
