Project Coordinator Officer

Vodafone Group is launching its new technological HUB (MSH), an international center of excellence dedicated to research and development of technical solutions, such as Secure Networks, 5G and 6G development, Open RAN, IoT, MPN & MEC and UCC for Vodafone Business, platforms and enterprise Solutions.

This role will focus on the successful implementation of projects programmes (and their associated benefits) to time, cost and quality, within the accepted risk profile. The **Project Coordinator Officer** will be aligned directly to a large complex set of suppliers, organized work streams according to established processes and help the team to follow the processes.

The **PCO** requires a high level of competence in all facets of an officer coordinator, including: Methodology and Governance, Resource Management, Planning, Reporting, Finance Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Tools, Systems and Data Integrity of project/programme information. Furthermore, some expertise on financial management and provide help to develop workloads and make them more effectively focused on engineering tasks.

- Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering complex projects and programmes to meet business expectations and deliver results.
- Exceptional organizational along with the personal tenacity and the ability to drive through to conclusion in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Strong self-organizational skills and time management.
- Strong cross-functional working capabilities.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills within an English proficiency level.
- Desirable experience in a similar role within the Telecom or IT industry desirable.
