**What you will do**

Due to growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Global Digital Optimisation Manager to join our ADT organisation, sitting within the newly established marketing Centre of Excellence. This is a hands-on delivery role, leading the management of ADTs conversion rate optimisations (CRO) projects globally. You will take ownership of the strategic CRO roadmap and the day-to-day management of our core systems, ensuring development, issues and organisational change are appropriately implemented. This is a varied role working cross functionally and helping set the strategy for the global teams across the full customer journey, with emphasis on lead conversion improvements including CTR, CPL & CPC. **How you will do it**
- Lead on the delivery of all ADT digital marketing optimisation projects, including management and execution of the global A/B UX and multi-variant testing approaches
- Use your knowledge and experience of CRO to challenge/propose innovative approaches that directly improve the end-to-end customer journey and digital engagement touch points for our customers
- Support the roll out of E-commerce in multiple regions as well as optimising the existing e-commerce approach
- Support the planning, delivery and forecasting of the CRO roadmap programme in a timely manner, ensuring all risks are considered and mitigated

**What we look for**
- Proficient spoken and written Spanish and English
- A consistent track record in conversion rate optimisation, UX, or development - where CRO has played a key part in your role.
- Experience working in a customer-focused digital role, with a good understanding of UX principles having used analytics, testing and replay tools
- Significant experience with A/B testing and multi-variant testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand the commercial impact to the business and communicate this to partners
- Experienced in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong collaborator experience, capable of influencing decisions and reporting data confidently and effectively
- Knowledge of general home security products and practices e.g. CCTV and smart home systems is an advantage but not essential.
