**Your Role**:
The Housing Coordinator directs, supervises, and organizes the housing team, guaranteeing the quality and comfort of CEA CAPA accommodation. They are responsible for negotiating housing contracts, controls, and supervising all housing logistics, while monitoring the finances of the department. Thinks and implements strategies to expand the Housing Offer and services.
**What You’ll Do**:
**Housing Management**
- Manages and supports a team of 3-4 people dedicated to offer top housing.
- Monitors students’ enrollment numbers for upcoming sessions to anticipate future housing needs.
- Establishes, monitors, and adheres to housing budgets.
- Monitors housing cost (housing change fee, unexpected events, security issues, etc )
- Calculation of cost, payment requests and prioritization.
- Responsible for searching for new housing vendors and negotiate conditions.
- Housing contract writing, supervision of signing procedure.
- Ensures the housing team provides top apartment maintenance service and student assistance.
- Damages negotiation of incidental billing.
- Leads housing vendors relationships and evaluation.
- Gathers housing related statistics.
- Competitive intelligence.
**Student Housing Support**
- Supervise the day-to-day attention to students housing needs.
- Policy enforcement in escalated and non-escalated housing issues
- Liaison with Student Affairs to solve issues related to housing matters.
- Responsible for updating relevant housing cases in Sales Force
- Apartment visits control when deemed appropriate (maintenance of apartments, follow up visits, assist students with appliances and carry check-ins and check-outs)
- Assist in airport pick up, orientation and participate actively during transfer to housing.
- Will be part of the On-call Service Rota
- On occasions will accompany students during cultural activities and excursions
- University Degree
- Fluency in spoken and written English & Spanish.
- Previous experience leading teams.
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Previous experience working in accommodation.
- Previous experience working in customer service.
- Mature, resourceful, outgoing, and assertive.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Responsive team player.
- Solid IT and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the city and its cultural/leisure offer.
- Personal experience studying/living abroad.
- Experience working in an international environment (with US college students preferred).
