The **Key Accounts Sales Consultant** reporting to the Key Accounts Sales Manager overall responsibility for increasing the market share of Yello Media Group Ltd. by handling major advertising to grow the existing revenue portfolio consistent with the objectives of the Group. Also, ensure budgeted sales objectives are met and exceeded and that the territories are completed within the set deadlines.

**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet and exceed budgeted revenue growth objectives and ensure assigned revenue is completed by the agreed deadline.
- Plan, develop, and implement controls to ensure revenue (including credit delinquent accounts) is retired with an even flow of revenue increase and loss.
- Drive product sales based on a deep understanding of buyer profiles, user needs, and the competitive marketplace for the Saas product(s).
- Monitor personal assignments to ensure an even flow of increase, decrease, cancel and new business.
- Create a strong liaison with other management personnel, organizing, monitoring, and ensuring directory expectations are met.
- Engage in active communications with the Sales Managers, Imagine Digital and Premise Directory, Marketing, Sales Support, and Publishing personnel to ensure all directory/canvass objectives are met.
- Continuous analysis, review, and benchmarking of account structure/allocation to ensure the most efficient and effective operation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and control revenue adjustments.
- Work with Key Account sales managers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure corporate policy compliance.
- Work with the Credit Department of Flow Ltd and CCBU in order to maximize opportunities and payment programs for delinquent accounts.
- Maintain a motivated environment for maximum results, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Track and ensure maximizing of all major accounts including credit delinquent customers.
Ensure effective communication with regional management to understand all pertinent canvass structures and programs.
- Carry out any other instructions/directives that may be issued by Senior Management from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Tertiary education
- At least five years in a senior Sales position

**OPERATING CONDITIONS**:

- Normal office environment
- Required to work outside of normal working hours as deemed necessary
- Travel may be required
