Overview:
**Project Manager** to lead our
**Travel4Impact **project. The Travel4Impact project aims to connect and support a community of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the travel and tourism industry. The project manager will be responsible for leading the community, building relationships within it, and continuously adapting the project content to the SMEs' needs. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a social and environmental impact project with an increasingly global scope. This position is temporal but has the possibility of being extended further depending on project growth and work performance.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the community of SMEs and provide guidance and support to ensure a successful project implementation
- Respond and engage with community members (SME’s, partners, and other global stakeholders) in a timely manner
- Scout for new participants and build relationships with potential, project prescribers and members
- Coordinate with the partner to understand their needs and tailor the project content accordingly
- Design and manage the academic coordination of training content for the SMEs
- Organize and manage activities within the community
- Manage project KPIs and ensure the project stays on track and meets its objectives
- Monitor, track and report on engagement rates and feedback on activities
- Facilitate an iterative feedback process to continuously adapt the project content to the SMEs' needs
- Stay up-to-date with social and environmental trends in the travel and tourism industry

Qualifications:
**The requirements for the role are**:

- Proven experience as a project manager, with experience leading and managing community-based projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working with SMEs and understanding of the travel and tourism industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
- Native or near-native level English
- Native or fluent level Spanish
