**Supply Chain Operations (OTOC), as process operator of Planning, Scheduling, has as accountabilities to**:
**Planning**
- **Manufacturing Planning Follow up linked to Flying and Non Flying forecasting activities using APC Jaguar tool**
- **Deliveries optimized and realistic Production Plan, taking into account customer need dates, actual production schedule and available capacity (manpower, machine, material) and any technical and quality topics to be consistent with the Master Production Schedule process.**
- **Propose the best solution to meet the programs/plants requirements using production scenarios achieved.**
- **Obtain the commitments and to challenge attendees not to postpone the planning every time.**
- **Officialize production scenario and communicate the plan to all stakeholders**
- **Evaluate the programs and production requirements, including recovery plans**
- **Prepare Master Production Schedule meetings involving all the stakeholders**

- **Maintain planning parameters and models in the planning tools**
- **He/she checks MRP results and manages work order (from Plan Order to WO Release).**

**Scheduling**
- **Main interface between operational functions such as manufacturing engineering, production, production scheduler, and supply officer to ensure the delivery of the right part, with the right logistics mean, at the right time at the PoU.**
- **Define associated production scenarios based on plant calendar and all resources availability**
- **Build, update and analyze KPI´s measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions**
- **The Production Scheduler prepares feasible production schedule scenarios for assembly and in-house parts and associated materials for the weekly MPS routines.**
- **He/She takes into account customer need dates, actual production schedule, production status, backlog, outstanding work and available capacity (manpower, machine, material) and any technical & quality topics to be consistent with the Master Production Schedule process.**
- **He/She ensures the parts availability for the short term plan & manages closing of work orders (components consumption) to enable quality conformity of the work order.**
- **Implement the validated Production Schedule decided in the weekly MPS routines into the production system.**
- **Check Work Production schedule or MRP parameters, results and messages.**
- **Update IT official planning and scheduling tool with dedicated stakeholder.**
- **Attend daily Production monitoring meetings: report on production progress, Report parts availability, Give support to adjust daily priorities.**
- **Management of Work Order: WO from releasing to closing, Pull flow.**

**New Product Introduction**
- **Contribute as key user for new product / process introduction under position scope**
- **Contribute to modification implementation process, including agreement to appropriate target Aircraft**
- **Secure New Product Introduction due to a product modification or a new part introduction. It will require coordination of all OTOC supply chain operations, including negotiation with suppliers for logistics and ordering solutions**
- **Ensuring the product qualification pre-requisites**
