**Santander Consumer Global Services está buscando un/a PMO de Gobierno IT para nuestras oficinas en Madrid.**

**Santander Consumer Finance **Global Services **provee servicios y soluciones tecnológicas y de procesos al negocio de financiación al consumo del Grupo Santander (Santander Consumer Finance) cubriendo el end to end de la tecnología, desde el diseño de la arquitectura, gestión de la infraestructura, desarrollo e integración de aplicaciones propias y de terceros mantenimiento y soporte tecnológico y gestión de proyectos. Adicionalmente, proveemos servicios de consultoría de negocio, metodología y soporte funcional.

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

En línea con el proyecto de Digital Consumer Bank, surgen dentro de Santander Consumer Finance, tres Hubs con el objetivo de estandarizar tareas, generando sinergias y permitiendo compartir mejores prácticas de manera rápida y eficiente.

Para dar cobertura a este nuevo modelo, en el área de IT HQ de Consumer se necesita un responsable de establecer el gobierno global y el proceso de seguimiento de proyectos IT de 15 países (PMO).

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos funcionales:

- Coordinar y apoyar a las Unidades para abordar las solicitudes corporativas, recopilar y revisar la información entregada y supervisar el estado de los proyectos e informar a la Dirección Ejecutiva.
- Participar en el diseño y creación de una herramienta en Power BI que integra diferentes fuentes de información para facilitar la visión general de los proyectos al Equipo ejecutivo y mensualmente procesamiento y consolidación de datos y responsable de la ingesta en diferentes herramientas corporativas y Power BI.

EXPERIENCIA

Experiência de al menos 6 años en Consultoría

EDUCACIÓN
- Titulado superior: Económicas, ADE, Ingeniería

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Nível alto de Excel y buen manejo de datos y procesamiento y consolidación de información para ingesta en diferentes herramientas corporativas.
- Herramientas de BI (PowerBI, Tablaue, QuickSight)
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Experiência en trabajo en equipos multidisciplinarios
