Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Position Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business team and strategy team, provide insightful and quality financial advice to support business
- Prepare managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis
- Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks
- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of FP&A or related analytical experience. High growth tech start-up experience and e-commerce experience preferred
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis
- Exceptional data analytics skills. Familiarity with SQL or other tools preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications preferred
