En esta ocasión, ofrecemos una vacante Temporal durante 6 meses aproximadame de Claims Technician (Protección de Pagos) en el área de Claims. Te contamos más detalles a continuación:
¿Cuál es la misión de la posición?
En dependencia directa del Operational Manager, formará parte del equipo de tramitadores del producto de Protección de Pagos, gestionando los expedientes de siniestros tanto por la parte de vida como de seguros generales (Desemplo, ILT, Hospitalización), responsabilidades clave encaminadas a mejorar y alcanzar la excelencia en la experiência del cliente.
¿Qué funciones realizarás?
Tramitación completa de siniestros de Protección de Pagos:
Apertura de expedientes.
Recabar información necesaria para la tramitación del siniestro.
Análisis detallado de la documentación aportada para la resolución del expediente.
Pago de las prestaciones y cierre de los siniestros.
El proceso incluye la comunicación directa con el cliente, garantizando una excelente atención a lo largo de la vida del siniestro.
Resolución activa de problemas que pudieran derivarse del proceso.
Control de los pagos y demás transacciones inherentes a la tramitación.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Experiência demostrada mínima de 1 año en la tramitación de siniestros Protección de Pagos, con dominio técnico del ramo, especialmente en la parte de Vida y Desempleo.
