En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Consultant para nuestra División de Retail High Street basado/a en Sevilla.

Funciones:

- Participar en la captación, mantenimiento y fidelización de clientes, detectando oportunidades de negocio en el mercado actual de Retail para su venta en rentabilidad.
- Búsqueda de nuevos operadores, renegociación de rentas, captación de locales, fidelización de clientes, elaboración de propuestas.
- Búsqueda de nuevos inversores y fidelización de los mismos.
- Captación de producto de inversión.
- Graduado en ADE, Económicas o similar.
- Experiência de 1-3 años en posición similar.
- Dominio del paquete office.
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Persona analítica, proactiva, orientada a resultados y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Perfil comercial.
- Trabajo en equipo.
