**Role and Responsibilities**

The **Rosterer/** Training Planner** will be responsible for planning and designing our client and Instructor rosters, ensuring that long
- and short-term task planning and customer requests are met and planned in accordance with the approved course profiles and regulatory approvals, and that instructors are rostered efficiently to meet the daily training delivery demands in our Training Centre.

**Job summary**
- A Team Player with a passion for aviation and customer service, not shy of constructively challenging to improve the quality of the Roster Product with the ability to assess and manage changing priorities and the impact that those changes bring.
- An ability to design rosters for Theoretical Knowledge, Flight Simulator and Cabin Crew instructional staff to ensure they meet with guidelines on instructor deployment and utilization.
- Support the development of best practice and update process and procedure from time to time
- Experience of working to specific timelines with an eye for detail and accuracy - Ideally within an airline crewing or airline ops or pre-ops environment.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills and experience in line with operational requirements.
- The ability to make balanced, commercial decisions and communicate at all levels within the business, effective and positive interaction within a small team environment is essential.
- Manage & maintain the instructor journey from Induction, qualification management to invoice reconciliation. Plan and manage the requirement for all instructional staff to undergo regulatory qualification revalidations in addition to company proficiency checks.
- Invoices reconciliation for consultant instructors and ensure through liaison with accounts these invoices are paid in accordance with company best practice.
- A questioning mind and sharp analytical skills to interpret the varying needs of the training requirement, write reports including utilization of resource reports.
A flexible approach to working hours to support the business need and ensure enough coverage, the role will require flexibility outside of a traditional 9-5 role and servicing of an on-call requirement.
- Computer literate with a good Working knowledge of Microsoft product including Excel. Another in-house systems training will be given
- Knowledge of EASA Flight Time Limitations (FTL’s) and EASA part FCL (Flight Crew Licensing) and other National Aviation Authority (NAA) compliance regulations is desirable
