We are hiring If you are a motivated and interested worker, come and join our team as part of the coordination department. Exciting projects are waiting for you with relevant clients in the Retail sector. Your main functions will be to coordinate and supervise the maintenance services of offices and commercial locations providing support to the Facilities Manager.
Below you will find the main functions, for which training will be provided from the beginning:
- Incident resolution and management.
- Organization of maintenance services in buildings, offices and commercial premises.
- Contracting technical service providers.
- Follow-up of work orders and preparation of reports.
- Supervision of compliance with SLAs and KPIs established by clients.
- Monitoring and control of workflow-based processes.
- Request and preparation of quotations, proposals and reports.
- Validation and management of occupational risk prevention documentation.
Minimum requirements:
- Native English to teach the workmates when necessary
- Computer skills
- Verbal communication skills: easy to express yourself, polite and friendly.
- Responsible, present ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Dynamic and sharp to give quick responses to the customer.
- Proactive, enterprising and involved.
We offer:
- Permanent contract.
- Full time.
- 100% face-to-face work in schedule of: M to Th 08:00 to 17:00 and F 08:00 to 14:00.
- Salary 21,000 € gross per year divided into 14 payments.
- 21 days of vacation per year.
