- You will join the Project Management Office team in the Bids and Programs department, an innovative and diverse large team able to cope with the most challenging projects of the space segment.

**Your tasks will include:
**Bids and Project Structure, Plans and Governance:

- Support the structuring of the project from the Bid phase and ensuring a smooth transition between the Bid and the Project by establishing the baseline.
- o Structure the management of Bid and Project data.
- Contribute to the adjustment of B&P processes, instructions and guidelines to the context of the Bid or Project.- Resource and Planning Management:

- Provide expertise and know-how in planning techniques and tools
- Ensure the definition and maintenance of the PERT and Integrated Master Schedule, their consistency and completeness and contribute to them, starting from the bid phase.Follow-up & Reporting:

- Ensure the consolidation of the Bid and Project deliverables according to the client's expectations.
- Alert on deviations and drifts, analyze root causes and propose solutions to reduce them.
- Prepare internal and external reporting.

Risks & Opportunities:

- Be a key player in the identification of risks and opportunities from the bid phase
- Initialize and maintain the risk and opportunity register (including mitigation plans) from the bid phase.

Bid & Project Reviews:

- Assist the capture leader / bid manager in the preparation of Gates and bid reviews.
- Manage, with the project manager, the preparation of gate reviews and project reviews.
- Ensure the timeliness of Bid and Project reviews.

Finance (Costs, revenue, cash)
- Assist in the preparation of the quotation file during the bid phase.
- In coordination with the controller, ensure the allocation of the project budget.
- Evaluate the actual costs, challenge the Estimate To Complete and the schedule.
- Consolidate the financial situation and ensure invoicing.

**Education:
- Bachelor degree. Master degree will be valued.

**Skills and experience:
- Strongly oriented to team work.
- Good interpersonal skills, a sense of organization and have the ability to work within a collaborative transverse team.
- Communication, proactivity, autonomy and capacity to exchange with several international stakeholders.
- Use of office and programmatic tools, as well as digital collaborative tools.
- Knowledge of Agile practices and the main principles of the Digital Culture.
- Knowledge & Experience in project management activities (Scheduling, Cost (NRC Costs) and Risk management).
- Experience in team management and specially in the frame of a project and delivering.
- Experience in monitoring, reporting, performance analysis and KPI´s.
- Experience in international teams.

**English required and knowledge of other languages will be valued.
