Product Owner

**Summary**:
We’re looking for a talented, experienced Product Owner join the Innovation Lab’s team. This lab is where the future games of Product Madness are crafted with passion, excitement and forward thinking We are on a mission to create chart topping mobile F2P games, new genre-defining games, the future hits of Product Madness Our ambition is limitless. Shaping the future of the social casino market

**What You'll Do**:
In this role you will be responsible for creating new game prototypes working closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, engineers, artists, and marketing, to develop and execute on new game ideas.

You will be responsible for defining product vision, setting goals, and creating product roadmaps. You will design the game features, following a build-test-learn approach for agile development to quickly turn ideas into playable and testable game prototypes ready to be marketed.

You will also conduct market research, analyze player feedback, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our games are at the forefront of the mobile gaming landscape.

- Lead the development of innovative game prototypes from concept to prototype stage, working collaboratively with game designers, engineers, artists, and marketing teams to develop and execute new game ideas.
- Conduct market research to identify player preferences, market trends, and opportunities for innovation. D
- Define product vision and roadmap, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for creating and organizing the backlog and prioritizing the user stories.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, wireframes, and mockups.
- Analyze player feedback and metrics to make data-driven resolutions and iterate on game prototypes.
- Coordinate and participate in playtesting sessions to gather feedback and insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our games remain competitive in the market.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the mobile gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming mechanics, trends, and player preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute on product roadmaps.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with the latest gaming trends and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, game design, or a related field.
