ZenZorrito is currently expanding operations rapidly, and we are seeking talented individuals to take part in our CRM Integrations team The Badger Maps community consists of a group of highly supportive coaches and we value the long-lasting mentorship relationships built within and across our teams. At ZenZorrito, you will receive in-depth training and feedback in CRM Integrations within an international environment that will allow you to gain valuable tech-startup experience.

The following is an example of some of these tasks:

- Adding new customer configuration to Badger
- Performing system configurations to integrate Badger to our customers’ CRMs
- Maintaining and supporting existing CRM integrations
- Providing internal support on issues related to Badger and CRM integrations
- Running tests to validate configurations and fixes
- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success teams to improve our tools, processes and documentation

**IMPORTANT: This is not a Software Development position**

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to understand complex systems and investigate issues
- Strong attention to detail
- ** Strong written and verbal communication skills in English**:

- Education or some work experience related to Business, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or similar

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python or other programming languages
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience with Customer Service
