Job description

Our Brand SWATCH is searching for an Interim Retail Trainer working closely with the Brand Manager and Retail Manager focusing on training, developing and coaching store teams

Your main responsibilities will include:
Align with Management on training agenda, needs and action plans

Plan, adapt, implement and follow up global L&D initiatives and programs in local market

Deliver constructive feedback and coach store teams to improve and develop skills

Provide ongoing feedback to Management on the performance/progress of team members and support in identifying key talents

Periodic communications with Local Brand and Retail Management, HQ Regional Trainer, local HR, Product and VM partners

Lead by example as an exemplary Swatch Brand Ambassador

Act as a platform for sharing experiences and best practices among stores, as well as Swatch training community

Profile

Retail and/or Training background; focus sales and service experience

Strong organisational and time management skills

Professional requirements

At least 2-5 years’ work experience in a similar position

Strong communication and self-motivation skills

Languages

Fluent in English is a must, and knowledge of any other language is beneficial
