**_D&IT Solutions Analyst_**

**_What this role is about?_**

As a _D&IT Solutions Analyst_, you’ll engage with the business stakeholders and D&IT partners to explore capability improvements and to ensure a clear understanding of the new capabilities requirements. You will work with the Virtual team lead to understand the existing tools that can cover business needs in line with the plan in the Roadmap for providing support to the D&IT demand process on delivering new solutions.

**_What will you do?_**
- Collaborate with the business to identify improvements on existing solutions
- Work on identifying available solutions within JTI that have the required capabilities so that synergies and technology re-usability can be maximized, deployed quickly and adopted
- Help on developing capabilities that will be delivered by global teams within regional/local solutions
- Support other regional teams by engaging with them and helping them understand what you and the team learnt from a successful deployment
- Under the direction of the Regional Program Director embrace and learn steps and effort required to rollout a system to more than one market in the region.
- Use low code tools provided in the JTI environment to augment and deliver simple and short-term capabilities
- Make sure you are aware of the tools ever increasing functionality, how these tools work and leverage and communicate through APIs in JTI key systems to deliver data transfer or better UX experience.
- Ensure the company's business community is provided with appropriate support and training/development in business systems, software and hardware in order to make effective and efficient usage of systems and resources while enabling users to achieve business goals

**_What are we looking for?_**
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in the IT area
- 2+ years of experience in the IT discipline
- Experience in at least two of the following technology trends:

- Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)
- Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies
- Field Sales Solutions
- Online Sales, Loyalty and payment systems
- Experience with business requirements analysis & process documentation
- Experience with Project implementation and administration support
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, ensuring clear understanding of the expected outcome
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to network and establish good connections
- Creative, innovative, enterprising and with the ability to think outside the box
- Proactive, eager to learn and keep pace with business and technology trends
- Able to work under pressure and to think on his/her feet
- Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture
- Fluency in English
