**FCC MI & Data Governance Analyst**

**Madrid - 4 days in the office**

Reporting to the Group Head of Compliance Operations, the key responsibilities of the FCC MI & Data Governance Analyst are:

- Maintain the FCC MI Dashboard and ensure that the data provided continues to be supplied on time by key stakeholders.
- Monthly extraction of the automated MI from the central dashboard ensuring the data is available on time.
- Manage reporting of MI and ensuring MI is completed within the agreed SLAs.
- Review the metrics and KRIs reaching trigger and limit to assess back to green plans and support the business with ensuring adherence to internal risk appetite.
- Implement changes to the MI framework as and when required, liaising with internal Data and Technical teams. Ebury is working to automate as many of the KRIs and metrics as possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Support the wider FCC team with any ad hoc data and governance requests including improvement of current reporting processes, improvement of governance packs and introduction of changes based on feedback from the MLRO and other accountable executives.
- Carry out ad hoc data searches in relation to regulatory reporting and thematic reviews.
- the Data Dictionary and ensure the business is aware of responsibility and requirements for the provision of MI.
- Maintain the Data Lineage for each measure to ensure the business has oversight of the data flows feeding the monthly MI and to support impact analysis
- Performance of annual and bi-annual data quality checks.
- Performing thematic reviews and producing spotlight papers to present results to the relevant stakeholders.

Skills/attributes required:

- Strong data analytics skills including advanced Excel/Google sheets capabilities.
- Good understanding and practical experience of governance and reporting processes.
- Good understanding of key financial crime processes.
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Strong people skills.
- Detail-focused and disciplined approach.
