**Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities.
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.
- Manage and oversee the entire product life cycle, including QA, internal reviews, validations, and other necessary processes.
- Handle customer and partner engagement, building confidence and trust, ensuring project progress and arranging meetings and customer events.
- Coordinate with IT teams for the flawless execution of projects.
- Communicate the scope of the project, evolution, key milestones and status to the teams involved in its execution, ensuring visibility and alignment.
- Involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Regularly report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
- 3+ years of experience as a customer facing project manager, preferably within the video analytics, media, or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP or PMI certification is a plus).
- Used to work in dynamic organizations with tight deadlines.
- Customer oriented person with a strong focus on results.
- A high aptitude with technical environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage client demands.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience overseeing product life cycles, including QA and validations will be a plus.
