We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department at Axa Partners Spain. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Legal on various projects, overseeing the legal aspects of our business and providing appropriate advice to the management team. If you are a proactive and practical lawyer looking to be part of a growing fintech company and embrace a challenging experience, this is the place for you.

Your tasks will be:

- Provide legal advice and support to the sales department and all areas of the company on specific projects or ad hoc agreements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and operational contracts, including legal documents and agreements such as service agreements, insurance agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other business contracts.
- Ensure the company stays up-to-date with regulatory and legal developments at both local and international levels.
- Provide support on compliance matters at the local level, ensuring that local regulatory developments are addressed and implemented.
- Provide advice and support on data privacy matters to the specific sales department.

**Your Profile**
You are perfect for this job if you have:

- Law degree.
- A master's degree in insurance law and compliance will be highly valued.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Perfect knowledge of English and French.
- Strong empathy skills, with the ability to understand and connect with colleagues and clients on a personal level.
- Proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to contribute and improve processes.
- Initiative, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks.
- Excellent active listening skills, allowing you to fully understand the needs and concerns of stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, without compromising on attention to detail and quality of work.
