Your mission:
- Direct communication with French-speaking customers and interested parties
- Processing of technical customer inquiries around our range of products
- Service-oriented customer care, management of sales on online platforms for the French market.
- Administration and maintenance of the merchandise management system
- Coordination and close cooperation with the Customer Service Manager and the E-commerce Sales Team
- Order acceptance and processing.
- Administrative tasks (online sales)
Your profile:
- Native/ near native level in written and spoken French and English
- Experience in a customer service role and/or in a call center environment handling various customer inquiries and complaints, both in a sales and after-sales capacity
- Strong communicator, customer-oriented, can work independently, and have the excellent EQ to handle various situations
- Expert user in MS Office package
- Expertise in internet usage, experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, E-Commerce and CRM Systems highly regarded
