The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Excellence & Omnichannel Deployment, you will drive global sales force motivation, engagement and performance by understanding the special circumstances of sales associates (through surveys, research and meetings), ensuring two-way effective communication (we listen to them and we clarify our objectives), developing a compelling vision & value proposition for them and strategically using I&C, communication & additional programs tailored for the field

- Measure & Improve salesforce motivation & engagement
- Develop vision, value proposition & communication narrative for the sales force
- Ensure we deeply understand our sales associates
- Manage Communication with the sales force
- Use I&C strategically to unlock performance and drive Viatris business
- Run I&C operations & CoE. Ensure compliance
