Desde Marlex Human Capital estamos colaborando con una importante empresa ubicada en la zona del Maresme dedicada a la fabricación de material para el sector óptico y dental. Actualmente la compañía precisa incorporar un/a Service Assistance a su equipo de trabajo.
Cuál sería tu misión a la empresa?
En dependencia del director comercial, la persona seleccionada se encargará de:
- Proporcionar asistencia técnica y formación interna, tanto en la división de óptica como la dental.
- Ofrecer apoyo técnico a los distribuidores y profesionales, en relación con la gestión de incidencias, información técnica y reparaciones.
- Realizar cursos de formación a los técnicos instaladores para poder montar y reparar los equipos Ancar.
- Gestionar y preparar todos los recambios de las secciones.
- Gestionar las devoluciones.
- Asistir a las secciones de montaje para apoyar técnicamente durante el montaje y verificación.
- Estudiar y realizar las pruebas de nuevos productos para adaptarlo a los equipos
- Gestionar las garantías y trazabilidad de los equipos.

- Estás acostumbrado a trabajar en equipo y estás orientado/ada en las personas
- Eres una persona autónoma, organizada y proactiva, con ganas de aprender y trabajar.
- Cuentas con un FPII o CFGS en electricidad, electrónica o similar.
- Tu nível de inglés es alto, valorable tener un segundo idioma
- Tienes experiência técnica mínima de 3 años en componentes mecánicos y eléctricos en una posición similar.
- Resides en la zona del Maresme o cercanías.
