The **Senior Technical Product Owner** role leads and manages our highly skilled team of Technology Product Owners and Technology Product Leads plus supporting POs who work closely with Line of Business PMs and local PM to define the technical capabilities and features with the support of wider solution team. The role holder will be the SPOC for all TPO activities, acting not
only as of the interface of the team across the MPN & Cloud Leadership Team but to external stakeholders outside of the team as well. Given the LT positioning of this role there is a standard expectation that the role-holder will be instrumental in the MPN & Cloud LT strategy.

As a leader it is expected that the Senior TPO will drive continuous improvement across the team to grow the maturity of agile adoption within the Practice and wider Vodafone. Alongside the continuous improvement agenda this role is responsible for all aspects of line management of the team with particular focus on development. The role will be a true role-model of leadership and delivery across the practice, proactively developing those beyond their team.

**What you bring**:

- Leadership and management experience either as direct or indirect reports
- Technical product development experience
- Brings a balance of customer, business and technology understanding to relate technology solutions to product outcomes
- Ability to build E2E technology plans specific to products and platforms including innovation and customer co-creation
- Customer centric focus ideally with experience defining capabilities and features through customer co-creation
- In-life technology management and KPI performance relevant to products
- Experience building technical specifications for products and in turn user stories, service models, in conjunction with business and technology teams
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security by default and by design principles and alignment to Information Security frameworks
- Experience of successfully managing complex international projects and programmes within a global matrix / SAFe Agile environment of both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of / ability to lead diverse multi-geographic teams of both direct and dotted reports
- Detailed experience of Agile Delivery and LPM, including financials
- Detailed Technology / Telecommunications background
- Business and financial acumen / ability to manage 10m+ budget
- Advanced English level
