**Job Summary**

5 years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst in digital projects
- Technical background with experience in the development world ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code)
- o Language: English and Spanish
- Knowledge of one or more banking products / processes (accounts payments cards accounting loans deposits Contact center wealth onboarding...)
- Use of Jira and Confluence

**Responsibilities**

Functional definition of initiatives epics and user stories and manage their development and deliveries supporting the development team and working hand in hand with the team's Software Manager
- Ensure that the team's planning is aligned with the priorities set in the project

Taking requirements
- Requirements planning
- Equipment sizing
- Monitoring of team developments
- Preparation monitoring and validation of testing
- Package requirements for uploads to Pre/Pro environments
- Incident management
- Internal reporting and KPI monitoring
