**Responsibilities**:

- Exercises significant independent judgment to formalize goal setting and success measurement process for campaigns and digital projects.
- Provides expertise to utilize and help optimize marketing dashboards and data models.
- Manages data integrity, data accuracy and testing processes.
- Partners with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies.
- Advocates for data and analytics needs in markets and countries.
- Exercises significant independent judgment to provide senior teams actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on analytical research.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Experience in marketing/sales strategies, analyzing data and identifying insights to optimize and develop campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, increasing knowledge of our audiences and answering key marketing & business questions.
- SQL experience working with large customer and transactional databases.
- Well versed in Data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, Datorama).
- Experience in big data and cloud platforms to deploy large-scale data science solutions.
- Experience in R/Python, Marketing Analytics.
- Understanding of media and the statistical algorithms typically used in marketing analytics.
- Provide senior leaders/owners actionable recommendations and strategic plan based on analytical research.
- Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate analytical models and identify incremental revenue margin/ productivity opportunities.

**Impact/Scope**:

- Lead cross-country data-driven actionable planning with high degree of complexity involved in terms of customer or cross-function touchpoints.
- Manage large scale of cross-function/ cross-country marketing investment and programs.
- Influence marketing investment to strategic programs to optimize revenue and margin.
- Provide thought leadership in statistical & analytical modeling to optimize revenue and margin across product/services/solution portfolio.

**Complexity**:

- High - Extensive cross
- functional/cross-organizational senior management interface; deals with complex strategic issues.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 7+ years of work experience in related field.
