**Fraud Manager**

**Location**:Málaga**

For this role you will need to be based in our Málaga office 4 days a week.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement comprehensive fraud prevention programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Utilise cutting-edge technology and data analytics to automate fraud detection processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and strengthen existing controls, ensuring a proactive approach to fraud prevention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements to continuously improve fraud prevention measures.
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Provide leadership and training to internal teams on fraud prevention best practices and the effective use of automated tools.
- Monitor and analyse key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in fraud prevention, with a proven track record of successfully implementing automated fraud detection processes.- Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to fraud prevention.- Strong analytical skills.- Proficient in utilising data analysis tools and technologies for fraud detection.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.- Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team in a fast-paced environment.
