Our client is a Swedish firm with a workforce of 11,000 spread across 20 different sites. Renowned as a leading supplier of products and advanced software for online casinos, they are currently seeking Dutch team members to join their ranks in the sunny city of Madrid.
We are in search of individuals fluent in Dutch and/or Flemish, who are eager to become Game Presenters as part of our team. Embracing the role of a Game Presenter entails hosting one of our casino games in front of the camera. It's akin to being a television host or a vlogger, though without the need to devise a script. Nervous because you've never faced a camera or managed a game of Blackjack? Don't worry—over your initial two weeks with us, we will provide comprehensive training, equipping you with the knowledge needed to excel in your role. This includes imparting public presentation techniques, a valuable skill applicable beyond your professional endeavors.
We acknowledge that relocating to a new country can pose challenges, and hence, we facilitate your transition. Flight expenses are covered, and accommodations are arranged for your first 20 days. You will share an apartment with fellow colleagues, fostering opportunities to forge new connections. During this period, the company will offer guidance on apartment hunting and essential steps for settling into life in Madrid. Presently, they boast a workforce of over 900 Game Presenters in Madrid.
Tasks
Being a Game Presenter is somewhat akin to being a TV presenter. Your workday is spent in our studio at a table where you initiate and conclude the game, as well as engage with players while they participate.
Having some form of customer-facing or service-related work experience would be advantageous, although not obligatory. We welcome recent graduates as well as individuals without prior experience in the sector.
For our Dutch teams, the game is typically conducted in Dutch. As we operate around the clock, you have the flexibility to work during morning, day, or night shifts.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent level of Dutch or Japanese or Korean language.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English (C level).
- Have a service-minded personality and being open to learn new things
- Have a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility towards work and colleagues
- Holder of an EU passport
