Buscamos a un/a apasionada/o **Market Researcher **que forme parte del equipo y nos ayude a cultivar un aprendizaje continuo de las necesidades, comportamientos, actitudes y emociones de los usuarios y detectar insights accionables que ayuden a crear retos y soluciones para los proyectos.

**Tu rol en el proyecto**
- Identificar tendencias, competencia y oportunidades en el sector.
- Diseñar y ejecutar iniciativas de prueba de usuarios para productos ya existentes y prototipos.
- Reclutar, coordinar y gestionar participantes para sesiones de prueba de usuarios.
- Desarrollar protocolos de prueba de usuarios, escenarios y encuestas para recopilar comentarios prácticos.
- Colaborar con equipos de diseño e ingeniería para integrar los comentarios de los usuarios en el desarrollo de productos.
- Analizar los comentarios de los usuarios y los resultados de las pruebas para proporcionar información y recomendaciones para mejorar el producto.
- **Gestionarás un equipo y varios stakeholders**.
