**Job Summary**

In this role, you will represent Supply Chain at Board level to ensure the needs of the local operating company. You will partner with affiliate based, upstream supply chain functions to optimize supply chain outcomes for Spain, and you will Lead Projects, partner and collaborate with stakeholders, adopt an agile implementation approach focused on the business value and the customers. **The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have**:

- Responsible for performing key activities for Spain: Demand Planning, Supply Network planning, E2E orchestration.

**Demand Planning / IBP**
- In the Integrated Business Planning (IBP), perform the Demand Reviews (base + R&Os, value/volume mix), for the assigned portfolio of products.
- For the full portfolio manage the local integrated reconciliation (volume/value) in partnership with finance and the business driving the Demand aspects
- Ensure MAPE & BIAS are continuously improving.
- Manage demand events in a volatile business environment.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data are timely reflected in the main Demand intake systems (Anaplan & OMP)
- Deploy of DP/IBP strategy and roadmap proactively partnering with GPEX.

**Supply Network Planning**
- Responsible to perform key activities for Supply Network Planning (downstream coverage, SLOB, Stock out), monitoring demand coverage and perform proper upstream communication to eliminate risk of stockout, ensuring inventory distribution as per market needs.
- Ensure adherence to the Global Compliance time frames and calendars for month end closing and Reporting.
- Builds strong partnership with all internal stakeholders, Supply Chain local teams, Compliance, Finance, Planning, Commercial, Regulatory, Deliver etc, to identify optimization and standardization opportunities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Manages and plans timely and cost-effective supply of his/her portfolio based upon product life cycle stage and market demand variations. Manages New Artwork Implementation Planning and Expiry Date Planning
- Proactively alerts local company and EMEA demand team, RAD, etc about required escalations or potential supply chain disruptions. Follows up with corrective actions. Reports and explains stock-outs.
- Deploy of SNP strategy and roadmap proactively partnering with GPEX.

**E2E Orchestration**
- Orchestrate the OTIF D process and metric implementing with the local team, supply chain strategies to ensure we serve the market on time, in full working in partnership with the other operation groups (Customer Service, Distribution & transportation, etc.).

**Main performance measures (Performance Goals)**:

- Stock outs, SLOB, OTIF D, MAPE, SOX Compliance (Month End processes, Audit etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Years of Experience: 8-10 Years
- Education: Bachelor Degree of Business or equivalent, APICS certification (Optional).
- Experience working in a global function and matrix environment
- Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally & externally with key senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated impact in roles requiring strategic thinking, orchestration and influence
- E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach
- Language: English, Spanish
- Location: Spain - Madrid
