We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst passionate about data and analytical skills. You will be joining a highly innovative team with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be working directly with the COO in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment with a great projection to grow.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Assist with project management for selected projects
- Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, pricing and reporting activities
- Support COO in meeting preparation, coordination and documentation

**WHAT DO YOU NEED**:
**Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or data science or related field
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical background
- Advanced Excel skills

**Bonus points**
- Data visualization tools (PowerBI, etc)
- Programming skills (SQL, Python, etc)
- Experience in similar role
