This position is part of the Service team located in Iberia and will be hybrid. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- People Management - Build and develop the team to increase goal achievement, process efficiency and customer and associate satisfaction. Establish clear goals, setup effective communication systems and encourage collaboration within the team.
- Quality and Development Strategy - Develop and implement the strategy for the Iberia TAC Team to be effective in achieving pre-defined KPI’s, undertake internal and external quality checks
- Escalation Management - Ensure timely resolution, process improvements and training requirements are undertaken arising from customer and internal escalations, performance level decreases or observations from team monitoring
- Feedback - Prepare accurate weekly and monthly updates of Quality checks, Customer Satisfaction/Escalations, Ease of Requesting Service (EORS) NPS via Customer Survey’s and Training
- General - Support Regional Service Manager on demand for all tasks as well as being supportive towards colleagues of other Departments
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Commercial drive to run service as a business with a profit and loss view
- Ability to plan own work and work unsupervised, ensuring high level of team engagement
- Ability to prioritise team workloads to maximise efficiencies
- Fluency in English and local language, with strong communications skills
- Support Sales to sell and promote service contracts/products
- Familiarity with standard IT tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of key SAP reports and transactions
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- Team Leadership, ability to create and drive effective team working
- Ability to recognise training and quality issues within operations, team capabilities and construct a plan to remedy this within a team
