¿Cuál es la misión de la posición?

Realizar trabajos de apoyo administrativo en la gestión de las instalaciones de NN, sus reparaciones, mantenimientos, espacios, tareas administrativas y de archivo.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

El objetivo principal del puesto es dar soporte a las tareas propias del área de Facilities, en lo referente a la gestión integral de los inmuebles que ocupamos, en todos los ámbitos propios de Facilities (gestión de arrendamientos, mantenimiento, gestión de imagen, gestión de espacios, gestión de medios AV, gestión administrativa y de archivo, etc., siempre en colaboración con el resto del equipo.

Valorable el tener experiência en puestos similares en departamentos de Facilities, Servicios Generales, Servicios Internos, Dpto. de Medios u otras diferentes denominaciones de este departamento en el mercado actualmente.
