Our client, a sustainable and people centric multinational company global leader in the chemical sector, is currently looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join their team, based in Barcelona._
- The main objetive of this role will be to e_nsure the implementation and accomplishment of the quality system in designed countries, the coordination of internal and external complaints to ensure the efficient execution of corrective and preventive actions and becoming the voice of the customer in defending their requirements and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities will be the following:

- Maintain, improve and ensure accomplishment the certifications programs.
- Maintenance and improvement of quality system.
- Preparation and follow up of derogation petitions to customers.
- Participates in the launch of new products/projects under Advance Product Quality Plan frame
- Customer requirements maintenance.
- Participates in the customer contract reviews particularly in quality aspects.
- Follows customer complaints and claims resolution and supports internal complaint treatment.
- Participates and facilitates actions and activities within the quality system that provide confidence that a product or service will fulfill requirements for quality by means of control plans, FMEA, Work instructions, Calibration, MSA.
- Performs certifications process audits for all departments.
- Perform internal audits and participate in external audits (customer or certification).
- Follow up of corrective/improvement actions.
- Performs customer requirement analysis and customer satisfaction measurement
- Ensure Quality requirements are understood and met by all field personnel.
- Reporting of quality KPI’s, implementing mechanisms and performing analysis.
- Collects and consolidates the quality-related information from the functional departments, production units, laboratories and warehousing facilities existing in the local organizations.
- Reports the observed non-compliance to the relevant quality requirements to the Automotive OEM, CV/CT Segment

- We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and quality focused person with these main requirements:_
- A University degree (preferable in chemical or engineering fields) or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience preferable in Quality or coatings.
- High level of customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration
- Good communicator with fluency in English and German language
- Highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills
